Hi, I'm Tarryn

I help business leaders turn their ideas into reality. I help executive staff align to one vision.  I build high-performing, innovative, engaged teams. I make sure we are building the right thing through research insights to create products that people love.

My background is in User Experience Design. In the past, I’ve worked as a UX Director in the start-up world, taught UX Design full-time, and led projects at an award winning agency.

What is UX?

Are you hiring a UX consultant, but are confused by the term user experience? That’s ok, lots of people are. Many people also confuse UX with UI (user interface), but they are two different things. User experience is holistic business. UX is talking to your users to understand what they want. UX is all of the touch points your customers have across your organization added up to how they feel about the company.

User Experience is what people say and how they feel when you are not around and they are using your product. UX is when you intuitively start using an app of website and you don’t think about the UX.
